Digital Photograph and Personal Information Release Form

I hereby grant permission to Michael Murphy, Webmaster of Murphys In Oz, http://www.murphysinoz.org, hereinafter referred to as 'The Webmaster' to use photographs and details submitted by myself, the undersigned, on the Website and I acknowledge his right to crop or treat the photograph at his discretion. I also acknowledge that The Webmaster may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at his own discretion at a later date.

I also understand that once my image is posted on the Website, the image can be downloaded by any computer user on the 'Internet'. I, the undersigned, also hereby state that I have the permission to submit the details and photographs of any other living person who may be in the photographs submitted by myself. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following:

• Michael Murphy, his family,
• Members of the 'Murphys In Oz Website'
• All other contributors to the 'Murphys In Oz Website'

The Webmaster reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice.
